Ms. Ferrin has extensive experience in the management of personnel services. With experience in administering consulting projects for over 10 years, Ms. Ferrin has excelled in the field of developing business relationships with her clients.

Ms. Ferrin has diverse experience in each service area offered by Morrow & Associates. Her experience includes but is not limited to the development, administration and evaluation of hiring functions for all positions including entry level to upper management; physical agility testing for fire/law enforcement; manpower analyses; development of job descriptions, organizational structure and classification audits; compensation audits and pay scale development; compensation and benefit comparability studies; labor negotiations; development and administration of training seminars for managers and staff; development of performance evaluation tools, analysis and training; total compensation analyses; development of personnel policies and procedures, and operating procedure manuals.

Ms. Ferrin provides consultation to clients regarding employment laws and employee relations and on special projects based on organization services and standards. She also serves as Chief Negotiator in labor negotiations, including arbitration cases and provides for the development and expert testimony regarding comparability studies for the Commission of Industrial Relations (NE) and District Court (IA) regarding comparability issues. Ms. Ferrin is a successful grant writer for the public sector, with award dollars exceeding $650K. She also serves as Public Relations liaison with current and potential clients, promotes services, attend/coordinates event activities and assists in determining specific needs for our clients.

Ms. Ferrin has a Master of Science in Administration degree, with emphasis in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with emphasis in Business Management.
